This scholarship is available to an incoming first-year student from the City of Charlottesville and the seven neighboring counties: Albemarle, Nelson, Greene, Orange, Fluvanna, Louisa and Buckingham. Recipients should be receiving financial aid in the form of a loan. This scholarship has additional essays.
