The Steptoe Endowed Scholarship was established in 2008 by the partners at Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to honor Bob Steptoe’s twenty years as managing partner of the firm, and Mary Pat’s extraordinary dedication to Bob. Bob, a 1965 graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences, has demonstrated a strong love for the University as an alumnus. This scholarship supports incoming undergraduate students from West Virginia. Preference is given to students with financial need. Awards are renewable for up to four years as long as the recipient maintains a 2.5 or higher GPA and remains in good standing with the University.
