A New Alumni Hall
In fall 2025, the Alumni Association is excited to begin construction on a new Alumni Hall. To prepare for this project, we are unable to accept building reservations beyond June 30, 2025. Alumni Hall reservations will remain closed through June 30, 2027.
We apologize for this inconvenience but look forward to embarking on a transformational project which will result in an elegantly designed, state-of-the-art building enabling the Alumni Association to serve alumni, and our community, for generations to come.
Alumni Hall is scheduled to reopen in spring 2027 with more usable spaces for events and meetings of all kinds. If you would like to reserve space in the new Alumni Hall after July 1, 2027, please complete our reservation request form to express your interest. As construction nears completion, we will communicate with updated information, rates, and the process for confirming a reservation in the new building’s available spaces.

The University Alumni Association offers a variety of rooms to meet your conference and banquet needs. If you would like to tour the facilities, please call us at 434-243-9000 to set up an appointment. Appointments to visit Alumni Hall, including catering walk-throughs, may be scheduled Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
