Report
The Alumni Association’s mission is to build the strongest connection among alumni and between alumni and their alma mater and, in so doing, to strengthen the University itself.
Perhaps now more than ever, thriving institutions require engaged alumni. In all of higher education, it would be hard to find an alumni base more dedicated than ours. The Wahoo spirit is world renowned, and we have built best-in-class programs and services to foster it across generations.
The Alumni Association is an alumni-led 501(c)(3) that carries forward UVA’s longstanding tradition of self-governance. We work in close collaboration with entities across Grounds to serve our alumni and represent their voice. We are committed to nurturing long-term relationships that drive connection, community, and ultimately, impact.
In that vein, we have produced our first-ever Impact Report. Our hope is that it conveys the breadth and depth of the Alumni Association’s work and its role as an invaluable partner to constituencies across the University and to our alumni around the world.
