Ridley Scholarship Program announces $1 million gift from Truist Wealth

The Ridley Scholarship Program, in partnership with the UVA Alumni Association, is thrilled to share that Truist Wealth has made a $1 million gift to establish a fully endowed Buford Scott Ridley Scholarship for the entire in-state cost of attendance for a Black scholar at UVA. Named in honor of business and philanthropic leader S. Buford Scott and Scott & Stringfellow, this gift will also support the formation of the Truist-Ridley Leadership and Financial Education Academy, benefitting rising second and third-year Black students.

Congrats Jolie

Fourth year Scholar and architecture student Jolie Magenheimer released an art book, Making: 16 Projects 100 Days. The featured projects were completed during an architecture course inspired by Professor Katherine Dillon at NYU.
