You might be surprised to learn that the key drivers of successful in-person interviews have almost nothing to do with your resume, or even what you say during the interview. Simply put, it all comes down to presence. Since the 1960’s, studies have shown that up to 93% of communication is nonverbal, and these nonverbal factors can have a stronger influence on the interviewer’s memory and evaluation of an interview than the content of your speech. In this webinar, Reed Smollar will investigate basic but important communications principles, reveal the most common mistakes, and share tips to help you bring your true self to your next in-person interview. Making a few small tweaks can lead to big changes!
