About Peggy Mitchell Norwood

Peggy Mitchell Norwood, Ph.D. (Curry Programs in Clinical and School Psychology ’91) is a Denver-based clinical psychologist and former psychology professor who is passionate about sharing practical and effective psychological strategies and spiritual principles to help people to transform their lives.

In addition to her almost 20-year teaching career, Peggy has worked as a psychotherapist in a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, including college counseling centers, community mental health agencies, and a large state psychiatric hospital. She can be seen weekly on Denver’s 9News Morning Show, and after 2 years on the air, is moving her popular radio show, Living Well with Dr. Peg, to local television beginning this spring.
