LinkedIn currently has 380 million users, and that number is growing by 2 new users per second. LinkedIn is being used in 200 countries worldwide and in 20 languages. In spite of the fact that LinkedIn is recognized as the must-have social platform for professionals, LinkedIn officials estimate that only about 50% of its subscribers have optimized their profiles, and even fewer are using LinkedIn to its full advantage.

Many people think that LinkedIn is only for those who are out of work and looking for a new job, but recruiters are increasingly looking for talent on LinkedIn and are approaching people who are currently employed. If you aren’t keeping your profile up to date and fully optimized and you aren’t participating in discussions related to your industry or professional field, you may be missing out on a great new opportunity that could be the difference between staying stuck where you are and being offered an opportunity for a wonderful new job or endeavor!

In this webinar, Kitty Boitnott will walk you through the specific steps you need to take to optimize your profile and how to use some of LinkedIn’s under-used features to make your own profile (and you) stand out from the crowd.
