Some companies offer Returnships: internship-like experiences for experienced candidates who are preparing to reenter the workforce after a career break.  To find these opportunities on job boards such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Indeed, include “returnship,” “reentry”, or “career reentry” as keywords.
