Fall is just around the corner…and that means a busier schedule + more stress + less energy, right? Maybe not.

During this webinar, Lara Dalch will teach you:

  • Why managing stress may be more important to your health than food and exercise
  • Simple stress management techniques you can use anywhere, anytime
  • How to identify your personal energy boosters (and energy sappers) and what to do about them
  • Lara’s not-so-secret weapon for maximizing time and keeping to-do lists under control
  • How to fit energy-boosting food and exercise into your busy day

You will leave with a clear plan of action for managing stress, streamlining your schedule, and boosting your energy every day!
