If you’re looking to make a career move or simply expand your network, it can pay off to be visible in the right site at the right time. Chandlee Bryan will teach you strategies that can help you get found quickly by following the same techniques executive recruiters use to find top candidates.

Learn how to:

  • find and participate in the key networks for your field
  • use LinkedIn’s Alumni features to connect with fellow alumni who can help you be found
  • optimize your opportunities by getting “ugly” (repetition and plainness can be a good thing!)

About Chandlee Bryan

Chandlee Bryan (Educ ’98) has made a career out of helping people answer the question “What do you want to be when you grow up?” That has been her primary work interest since her first job at the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where she discovered that rocket scientists (aerospace engineers) and English majors ask the same questions about careers and life. Since that time, Chandlee has earned a M.Ed. in Counseling from UVA and obtained certifications in career coaching, resume writing, and online candidate sourcing (how recruiters find candidates). She has worked as a career advisor, recruiter, and resume writing specialist, and is the co-author of The Twitter Job Search Guide.

Chandlee is currently a career advisor at Dartmouth College. Outside of her work at Dartmouth, Chandlee serves as the Jobs Expert for Answers.com, works with a small number of private clients and facilitates webinars on career strategy, social media and reputation management.
