While we wish we could be celebrating this annual tradition with you in person, the Alumni Association is bringing Homecomings to your home this year! Join us online for a week of virtual programs to connect with fellow alumni and celebrate the University. Please note that many events have limited attendance and/or require registration.

5 p.m. — Wahoo Wind Down: A Virtual Happy Hour with W&P

Co-founders of W&P, Josh Williams (Col ’08) and Eric Prum (Col ’08), will mix up a specialty drink for this virtual happy hour and share the story of the company (spoiler: it all started on Grounds!) So grab your cocktail kit and join us for an evening of cocktails and conversation! (Registrants will receive a special discount for a W&P Virtual Happy Hour Cocktail Kit!)

7:15 p.m. — Cavalier Countdown

Produced by the Office of Engagement in partnership with the Virginia Athletics Foundation and Virginia Athletics

Join UVA Clubs for a virtual pre-game event before the Virginia Cavaliers take on the Miami Hurricanes! This week Wahoos are joined by special guest and former Virginia football standout, Shawn Moore (Col ’90, Parent ’15). Shawn was UVA’s quarterback from 1988–1990, a Heisman trophy finalist, ACC Player of the Year, and a First Team All-American before his career with the NFL. Lo Davis (Col ’91), Associate Director at the Virginia Athletics Foundation, will lead the conversation, and guests will have an opportunity to ask questions. Turn your Zoom camera on and show your Wahoo spirit for a chance to win a signed football by Coach Bronco Mendenhall!

Founder of Streaking the Lawn, Brian Leung (Col ’05, Law ’08)will host an engaging, lighthearted conversation with alumni athletes to discuss the magic behind UVA Football. Panelists include Luke Bowanko (Col ’13), Ahmad Hawkins (Col ’09), Patrick Kerney (Col ’99), Billy McMullen (Col ’03), Heath Miller (Col ’05), and Herman Moore (Col ’91).
