Join Malia Fischer as she unveils the mysteries behind what you need to fill out and why. She’ll walk you through the usual suspects: tax forms, the I-9, 401k’s, and insurance forms. Malia Fischer (Col ‘99) is Staffing Team Lead at CustomInk, an online custom printed products company, where she’s passionate about building scalable processes to support CustomInk’s rapid growth. She enjoys matching top-notch talent with jobs in which they’ll thrive and provide customers with a WOW! experience.

Malia discovered CustomInk when searching for a company where she could make a personal and meaningful impact. In her previous retail Store Management experiences, she recruited, interviewed, and trained new hires, and she also developed SOPs and training materials.
