With the launch of the UVA Fund Portal in November 2024, clients can now see their balances online. Monthly statements will now be uploaded to the portal (they will no longer be emailed out).
There are currently two systems in place for authorized account contacts to manage your account:
- The UVA Fund Portal: Allows clients to see their account’s balance, activity (including donor information), and monthly statements. A login email was sent to existing authorized users and will be sent to new authorized users when added. If you never received an invite to the portal, please reach out to us at uvafund@virginia.edu.
- The UVA Fund Helpdesk: Allows clients to manage their account by submitting tickets for payments, transfers, request purchasing card, etc. You will need to click “Sign up with Us” if it is your first time and create a login.
