Tuesday, May 23 @ 8:00 pm

The UVA Entertainment Club of Los Angeles invites you to the inaugural event of its Speaker Series featuring notable alumni in the entertainment field. This month we are excited to feature alumna Katie Wall.

Katie Wall (Media Studies ’11) is a producer for NBC News, covering breaking news for Nightly News with Lester Holt, The Today Show, MSNBC and NBCNews.com. Prior to joining NBC’s West Coast operations last year, Katie covered politics and the 2016 campaign trail for NBC’s Washington Bureau, where she won an Emmy for her role as a field producer during the Supreme Court gay marriage decision.

When not traveling on assignment, Katie studies improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade theatre and enjoys mentoring current UVA Media Studies students via Skype.

We will be meeting in conference room 2A.
