Update Your Address

The most important thing you can do is to update your contact information.

Without updated information, you will not receive these:

Virginia Magazine

Published since 1901, the magazine provides award-winning articles about current events, cherished history and the lore of the University.

Invitations to Events

Whether it’s Homecomings, Young Alumni Reunions, UVA Clubs events in your area, or Football Weekends at Alumni Hall, you will have the opportunities to reconnect with friends at UVA.

Updates from UVA

Information on special events, offers and news for alumni throughout the year. Keep informed of all that is taking place at your University no matter where you are.

Anyone in the Class of 2018 who submits a new address by Dec. 31, 2018 will be entered to win one of five $100 VISA gift cards.

Stay Connected to UVA

Regardless of your next steps, stay in touch with UVA through:

• The University of Virginia Magazine
• Joining your local UVAClub
• Attending the Young Alumni Reunion at Homecomings
• Utilizing the dozens of alumni programs and services found on this page

Update your new address to receive info on all of these activities. Update us as often as you move!

Note: If you do not have your next contact point, please let us know as soon as possible. Whenever possible, pass along your real address, not just your parents’ information. You may easily update your contact info as often as you move.

UVA Email Address Information

Your UVA email account will continue to work after you graduate, and your messages and folders will be preserved. Your e-mail address(es) will also remain the same (with the exception of any email aliases you have @virginia.edu, which will expire when you graduate). Once you are no longer a student, the only difference you will notice is that your account will display advertisements beside your messages. If you wish to have an “alumni.virginia.edu” address after you graduate and become an alum, you must register for Vmail with HoosOnline. Click here for more information.
