On-Air with Andres Clarens

Andres Clarens is a 1999 graduate from UVA’s School of Engineering and a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Associate Director at the Environmental Resilience Institute, and the Virginia Environmentally Sustainable Technologies Laboratory Director. He joined On-Air with UVA to discuss net-zero carbon emissions and how we can get to net-zero and solve climate change. He discussed what it would take to achieve net-zero carbon targets, the big unanswered scientific questions, and how this transition will impact all of us.
