Resignation
To close your account, please fill out the Virginia Resignation Form and email it to uvanyc@uvanyc.org once complete. You must also settle your current balance by making an online payment or contacting the Yale Club Accounting Department at 212-716-2116.

Reinstatement
Former members may reinstate their clubhouse membership at any time. Should you wish to re-join the Club, there is a reinstatement fee of $750 plus tax. To reinstate your membership, please fill out a new Clubhouse application form to update your information, check “Was a Previous Member” on the drop-down list, and list the date range of your previous membership.
