Wahoo Wednesday: East Village Haunted Pub Crawl
October 26, 2016 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join us in search of the spirits of Harry Houdini, Edgar Allan Poe, Jonathan Swift, and other notable ghosts that like to take a drink now and then at some of their favorite drinking establishments. Drinking is not required to have a spirited encounter, but because the tour goes into the bars and taverns, no one under the age of 21 is allowed. Although the drinks may not be on us, you will certainly know more about the ethereal spirits that haunt these pubs.
Visit some of New York City’s most haunted pubs where you can hoist a pint with some of the ghostly regulars who are still ‘hanging around. You’ll have time to get to know the spirits, your guide and fellow pub crawlers. And if your arms break out into goose bumps, and the hair on your neck stands up, it may be because ghost sightings have happened right where you are sitting. You will certainly know more about the ethereal spirits that haunt these pubs.
This tour departs from the lion sculpture in Abe Lebwohl Park in front of St, Mark’s Church in-the-Bowery, northwest corner of Second Avenue and 135 East Tenth Street. East Village in Manhattan.
