Join the Virginia Club of New York for a morning coffee tasting class with Coffee Project New York, a craft coffee shop and roastery once named Time Out’s most loved coffee shop in New York.

Participants will receive pre-dosed coffee grounds, and will simply need to provide hot water, spoons, and mugs.

A member of Coffee Project’s team will guide us through tasting the following coffee groups:

• Varietal : Arabica vs. Robusta
• Processing : Natural Process vs. Wash Process
• Quality : Specialty Grade vs. Commercial Grade
• Roast Level : Dark roast vs. Light Roast

The deadline for orders to be placed is Thursday, January 7th.
