It’s back – the Virginia Club of New York cordially invites you to our Holiday Party! The Yale Club’s elegant Main Lounge will once again be transformed into a festive wonderland with a towering evergreen, roaring fireplaces, well-appointed food and drink, live music, and UVA alumni, parents, and friends eager to reconnect. Your ticket includes a top-shelf open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and access to an after-party.

To help make this event fun and safe for our attendees, please note the following COVID protocol.

1. This event will take place indoors in the Yale Club Main Lounge. Masks will not be required for the duration of the event. The Yale Club has installed advanced air filtration and purification devices in the space.
2. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for every guest per the NYC Executive Order and checked at the door.
3. Due to the nature of the event being indoors and a larger expected attendance, we will also require every guest to show proof of a negative COVID test taken within three days of the event, to be checked at the door. Acceptable tests will be taken on or between Monday, November 29 and Thursday, December 2. PCR, rapid, and antigen tests will be accepted. 4. Failure to obtain proof of vaccination/negative COVID test is not grounds for a refund. Reminders will be issued 1 week, 4 days, and 1 day in advance of the event. However, if an attendee tests positive prior to the event, a refund can be granted with documentation.

Early Bird discounted tickets are available until November 16. Ticket sales will close on December 1 at 11:59 PM or when the event reaches capacity.
