Good friends and good cheer, it’s that time of year!

The Yale Club’s elegant Main Lounge will once again be transformed into a festive wonderland with a towering evergreen, roaring fireplaces, well-appointed food and drink, live music, and UVA alumni, parents, and friends dressed in their holiday finery. Your ticket includes a 3-hour open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres, photos from our professional photographer, and access to an after-party.

Ticket Information:

Attendees must be 21 or over to attend the event.

Members-only Early Bird discounts are available until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, November 7. This year, we’re offering a limited number of quad-pack tickets (to be purchased by members only) – find your friends and attend together as a group of 4, for a discounted rate!

Virginia Club members can purchase up to 2 tickets at the member price (or 4 tickets, if purchasing a quad-pack ticket). Non-members can purchase tickets to the event at a higher rate. Not a member yet? Memberships start at $20.22 per year. Join today!

All ticket sales will close on November 30 at noon (12:00 PM) or when the event reaches capacity.

COVID-19 Information:

This event will take place in an indoor space. Masks will not be required during the duration of the event.

To enter the event, attendees must show EITHER proof of COVID vaccination (plus at least one booster dose) OR proof of a negative COVID test taken within two days of the event. Acceptable tests will be taken on or between Wednesday, November 30 and Thursday, December 1. Specific requirements for COVID tests will be communicated in reminders 1 week, 4 days, and 1 day before the event.

The Virginia Club has a no-refunds policy for all tickets, except in the case of a documented COVID exposure/positive test prior to the event. Failure to obtain proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test is not grounds for a refund.
