Plant-Based Nourishment with Sakara Life
September 15, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Plant-based eating is a hot topic in both nutrition and environmental circles. This interactive talk with Sakara Life Production Chef Tyler Harvey, Sakara Life Community Engagement Manager Sarah Boschung (NURS ’08), and Virginia Club Board Member Azeezah Goodwin (LAW ’16) welcomes those with all levels of experience and knowledge – from those curious about experimenting with plant-based eating to those who have been vegetarian or vegan for years. You’ll take away insights spanning from an exclusive look into Sakara’s culinary process to best nutrition practices for your own journey. Additionally, all attendees will receive a list of our favorite plant-based spots in New York City and a discount code for the Sakara Life site!
