Mix cocktails with a master mixologist, Brian Van Flandern, formerly of Three-starred Per Se and named “America’s Top Mixologist” by the Food Network. Join Brian and the Yale Club of New York as you test your skills to create a completely original cocktail. Members will sip a custom drink by Brian and enjoy light hors d’oeuvres, as they learn about various components for perfect mixology. Then, in a top-chef style setting, everyone will break into teams to test their knowledge and create an original team cocktail using a buffet of ingredients.
