Intentional Integrity

November 10, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us for a conversation with Robert Chesnut (CLAS ’81), former Chief Ethics Officer at Airbnb, and Edward Freeman, Elis and Signe Olsson Professor of Business Administration at the Darden School of Business, on Chesnut’s recent book Intentional Integrity: How Smart Companies Can Lead an Ethical Revolution.

In Intentional Integrity, Chesnut argues that the “do no evil” mantra is no longer enough, and companies that do not think seriously about a critical element of corporate culture―intentional integrity―are destined to fail.

The last several months of compounded crises have made clear that companies lacking in an integrity code will alienate stakeholders.

Intentional Integrity guides business leaders on how to develop a home-grown, authentic approach that builds brand recognition, strengthens relationships with stakeholders, and ultimately helps their bottom line.

Following the discussion, there will be a period of audience Q&A.

Registrants will receive the Zoom link via email prior to the event. We ask that participants register by 12:00 p.m. the day of the event.
