Intentional Integrity With Airbnb Chief Ethics Officer Robert Chesnut

June 23, 2020 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Join us for a conversation with UVA alumnus and Airbnb Chief Ethics Officer Robert Chesnut whose new book, Intentional Integrity: How Smart Companies Can Lead an Ethical Revolution, explains how to encourage ethical decision-making at every level of business. With insights drawn from Chesnut’s experience at Airbnb, you will learn how businesses achieve sustainable success when they have a shared definition of integrity and a purpose that reflects core values beyond making money. Chesnut will draw on on corporate response and actions related to current events, and will offer examples of businesses that have led the way in elevating integrity and keeping trust with stakeholders to the same status as profitability and growth.

Whether you are launching a new venture, or currently leading a team or large-scale business, this session is intended to offer advice and tools to implement intentional integrity in your organization.

Sponsored by UVA Darden Batten Institute, Darden’s Institute for Business in Society and UVA Clubs.
