Moderated by Gregory Fairchild, Isidore Horween Research Associate Professor of Business Administration and Associate Dean for Washington, D.C., Area Initiatives at the Darden School of Business, this panel will discuss the unique challenges entrepreneurs face when building a business in a growing sector. In addition to their insights, the panelists will also discuss how their organizations are actively prioritizing diversity and equity within their teams and customer bases.
