We’ll be discussing Atomic Habits by James Clear, one of the world’s leading experts on habit formation. Atomic Habits is based on the idea that If you’re having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn’t you. The problem is your system. We’ll talk about how the idea of “atomic habits” applies to us as entrepreneurs, and how we can change our systems to form good habits and break bad ones.
