Hoos Here is an opportunity for new, returning, or longtime Hoos to connect with our local UVA Network. If you’re new to the city, come out to learn more about your new area from those in the know. If you’ve been here for a while, come out to share your NYC experiences and knowledge, and greet our new Hoos. All attendees will enjoy complimentary appetizers and a cash bar.

Halloween is a big deal in NYC, so in celebration of the spooky season, we encourage all attendees to dress up in costume – we’ll be holding a costume contest for free drinks and prizes (contest categories to be announced)!

Please note that this event will take place on the venue’s outdoor patios. Both patios are reserved exclusively for our event, and one of the patios is covered. All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination per the NYC Executive Order and to sign a COVID safety declaration. We ask all attendees to be mindful of varying levels of comfort with in-person events. Not sure what someone is comfortable with? Just ask! We want this to be a fun and safe event for all NYC Hoos.
