Farm.One produces over 500 different microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers, grown in stacked layers under LED lights in year-round climate-controlled conditions. Their unique farm management software allows them to grow, care, and harvest thousands of batches of fresh produce at one time. Farm.One utilizes the subway and bikes to transport freshly-harvested produce to some of the finest restaurants in Manhattan.
