Egyptian Art Virtual Lecture
April 8, 2020 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Travel back in time with STUDIO and pretend to take an Art History Class! UVA Archeology Professor Anastasia Dakouri-Hild has provided us with a pre-recorded powerpoint lecture on Ancient Egyptian art history. Specifically, we’ll learn about the history and depiction of Hatshepsut, a long-reigning female pharaoh! Although the presentation segment is 1 hour, feel free to jump in late or leave early if you have to. We will have the Zoom chat enabled, where you can react to slides or ask questions. We will try our best to answer them and will forward along any big questions to Prof. Dakouri-Hild.
RSVP via email to receive the Zoom link.
