Join Book Club as we read a NYT-bestselling collection of essays from one of UVA’s own: Jia Tolentino (CLAS ’09). In each essay in Trick Mirror: Reflections on Self Delusion, Tolentino—a current staff writer at The New Yorker—explores a cultural prism that shapes us (from the nightmare social internet to the punitive dream of optimization) with a dazzling combination of humor and honesty.
