305 Group Fitness Class

Turn your work out into a party and join the Virginia Club of New York for a private group class with 305 Fitness. 305’s unique method combines aerobic and anaerobic training, high intensity sprints, cardio endurance, and muscular toning.
The class features a live DJ who will curate a journey of sound where the workout becomes second nature. Limited space is available.
