Vice President of Sales: Snap+Style
Snap+Style is a cloud-based, web and mobile software company that delivers new value-added communication channels between a retailer, its employees and customers. Snap+Style’s solutions are the first to combine innovative, digital technology with trusted, personal sales support in order to enable a modern retail shopping and styling experience. The new customer communication and engagement channels delivered by Snap+Style create both an additional revenue source for the retailer, and invaluable, intimate insight into the buying habits, product preferences, and styling interests of the retailer’s customers.
The Vice President of Sales must be a results driven leader, who can expertly articulate Snap+Style’s value proposition, execute on the ambitious business goals of the company, and raise the market profile for the company’s offerings.
In accomplishing this mandate, the Vice President of Sales’ primary responsibility is to ensure that Snap+Style meets or exceeds its revenue goals. The Vice President of Sales must develop, maintain, and execute on a sales strategy that achieves the financial targets for Snap+Style’s products and services. Snap+Style is an early stage company, therefore the Vice President of Sales should be able to deliver revenue, as well as recruit and efficiently build a team of complementary sales professionals. As the principal representative of the company to its customers, prospects, and partner eco-system, the Vice President of Sales must be an inspiring, motivational, and high-energy professional.
The Vice President of Sales must be experienced in and have a track record of successfully selling technology solutions to leading retailers and brands. Snap+Style is most effectively positioned to both business and IT executives at its target accounts, and the Vice President of Sales must be capable of selling to both audiences.
The Vice President of Sales must have a passion for innovative, exciting, B2C and

∞ Develop, communicate, and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
∞ Provide detailed, timely, and accurate sales forecasting
∞ Prepare compelling sales materials for presentation to the marketplace
∞ Monitor and incorporate customer, prospect, partner, and competitor insights into the company’s go-to-market strategy
∞ Develop and maintain personal, executive relationships with key customers and prospects
∞ Create partnerships, relationships and alliances with relevant OEMs, strategic channel partners, systems integrators, and professional services organizations
∞ Identify, attract, develop, and retain exceptional sales personnel
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
∞ Bachelor’s degree
∞ Minimum of seven (7) years of enterprise sales experience with a proven history of quota attainment
∞ Successful experience as a sales leader in an enterprise software, solution, or application company
∞ Prior experience selling to leading retail organizations, ideally including those in the fashion submarket
∞ Capability to recruit, build, and manage a sales organization
∞ Prior background in developing sales strategies and methodologies that facilitate rapid growth
∞ Reputation as “Industry Leader” who possess passion and ability to propel company forward
∞ Skills to develop key customer relationships with leading retailers and CPG companies
