Hoos Hungry presents: Bread Baking Class with Valentina’s Baguette!

Join us Thursday, March 24th from 6:30-8:30pm.

If you have longed to bake your own baguette in your own kitchen, this is the course for you. No previous bread baking knowledge is necessary. In this two hour hands-on class you will learn how to bake a delicious baguette in 3 simple steps in a regular home oven. You will shape and bake your own baguette. While your baguette is baking Valentina will go over what you have learned and will answer all your questions. Freshly baked bread with olive oil and a glass of wine will be there for you to enjoy.At the end of the class each student will bring home the printed recipe as well as the baguette they have made to share with family and friends.

Classes are held in Valentina’s artist loft in Little Italy, amid the paintings of her husband Ruggero Vanni.
