Briogeo Hair Care is an international natural hair care company that retails an assortment of premium hair products in stores such as Sephora, Urban Outfitters, Ricky’s, and other beauty retailers. We are currently looking for a full time Field Team Leader & Retailer Relations Associate to join our fun, hardworking,creative, and passionate 3-person team in New York City. You will have the opportunity to work very closely with the CEO of the company and gain management level skills
and insight.

Job Responsibilities
The Field Team Leader & Retailer Relations Associate will work alongside the company CEO to accomplish the following goals:
● Manage and serve as a point person for a growing team of ~60-100
independent representatives that service our largest retailer with the goal of increasing sales and education
● Manage retailer relationships with ~25-40 accounts with the goal of enhancing our opportunities for growth and sales

What We Require
● Passion for natural beauty and personal care products
● Ability to work on site at our NYC offices
● A 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
● At least 2 years of experience in either or in combination of the following fields: Beauty Sales or Education, Marketing, Communications, Field Team Management, and/or Account Management
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Google Applications
● Strong English Verbal and Written Communication: Writing examples will be required upon 1st round interview. As part of this role, you will be required to lead conference calls, live meetings, and education trainings for small and large groups. You will also be in extensive email communication with retail management and key business decision makers.
