The Virginia Club of New York would like to invite University of Virginia alumni living in the area to its first Domestic Violence Awareness Panel. This event is organized in partnership with the One Love Foundation. Founded in 2010 in honor the memory of University of Virginia student, Yeardley Love, One Loveworks with young people across the country to raise awareness about the warning signs of abuse and activate communities to work to change the statistics around relationship violence.

Every October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM) is observed to bring to light an issue that effects our community in a staggering way. We hope you are able to join us and learn more about DVAM as well as ways to become involved.
