I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment with in one of the villages (East or West), Financial District, or Hell’s Kitchen. I currently live in Gramercy, but both of my roommates are moving in with their fiancés, and I need a new place September 1st.

I’m looking for a fun UVA grad who needs a roommate and either has a place or wants to go to a couple apartment viewings with.

I’m looking for share apartments, and not looking to pay more than $1,500 a month, although I’d ideally like something around $1,250, give or take. (And call me crazy, but it’d be cool to have a rooftop!)

I work a 9-6:30pm job for a startup located on Wall Street. I am originally from Virginia, and just got back from an around-the-world trip last year.
