Digital, Solutions Planner

The Solutions Planner role provides a dynamic and exciting opportunity to work closely with other highly motivated sales and strategy professionals in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. The Solutions Planner reports directly to the Manager Solutions Planning.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic and tactical support to account(s) in partnership with the Sales Executive to positively impact client satisfaction; build relationships throughout client organization; and deliver campaigns that meet and exceed goals while delighting the client. Growing accounts through a focus understanding, service, and delivery.
Conceptualize custom integrated marketing initiatives through the lens of Say Media brands. Articulate these ideas via written proposals and well-packaged materials that effectively communicate concept & deliverables.
Coordination of campaign requirements (post IO) through cooperation and collaboration with Content Production and other supportive departments to ensure that delivery is flawless
Practice a keen understanding of the industry/market best practices and strive to incorporate them seamlessly in day-to-day internal and external facing work.

Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably with an advertising agency or in the advertising sales department of a publisher; can include integrated marketing/merchandising experience.
Demonstrated understanding of media planning process, including performance reporting
Strong client service attitude including interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a focus on the details
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities
Ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends
Acute sense of urgency and ability to operate collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Passion and integrity for your work and the work of your team
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Keynote/PowerPoint). You will be working with Keynote.
