How I Stayed Healthy this Winter, (when everyone around me was sick)

Death is a horrible thing, and it impacts everyone differently.  My dad’s pointless death from a chemotherapy overdose nearly devastated me, but it also drove me to research…. not only alternative treatments for cancer, but also alternative treatments to get and stay well.  What I’ve learned will probably blow your mind….and hopefully keep you well.

Cancer can’t live in either oxygenated or alkaline environments.  So if we could increase the levels diving-378214_640of oxygen and alkalinity in our bodies, our odds of getting cancer and other diseases would probably go way down.  I could write for days on this subject, but I’m going to keep it short and simple for now.  My secret for staying healthy this winter was: the 8th element on the periodic table:  Oxygen.

We can live without food for weeks, without water for maybe a few days, but oxygen?  Gosh, we can’t live more than a few minutes without it. have found a simple way to oxygenate my body in less than a minute a day.

About six months ago, I learned about Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. This isn’t the stuff you put on your knee when you scrape it. That’s 3% Pharmaceutical Grade peroxide. If you color your hair, the hydrogen peroxide used in salons is 6% Beautician Grade. There are an additional five (5) other grades of hydrogen peroxide, but only ONE is safe for INTERNAL use: 35% Food Grade. But it’s only safe IF you know how to use it. The exciting thing is that it can kill viruses and other things that make us sick. Even better news is that there don’t appear to be any known risks to using it, IF you use it correctly. However, while not common, some people may experience nausea, fatigue and cold/flu-like symptoms as it works to get rid your body of toxins. This simply means the therapy is working, especially if you have certain bacteria or viruses in your stomach. I haven’t experienced any of those symptoms.

The bad news: Hydrogen peroxide therapy (“HPT”) isn’t tasteless, and as you follow the protocol, it tastes pretty awful. I couldn’t even finish the complete protocol because it tasted so bad. But I went as high as I could, then back down and have been on my own “maintenance dose” ever since. I’ve since learned to drink it with something flavored.

HPT can also be given intravenously by a trained physician. HPT isn’t new. In fact, it was found to be an effective way to treat pneumonia right after World War 1. HPT can be used to treat a multitude of ailments from bacterial infections to headaches to sore throats. I’m living proof it works and since I started giving it to my son, he hasn’t been sick.  He doesn’t even know I’m giving it to him, because I sneak it into his favorite drinks.

Please, whatever you do, DO NOT just start HPT. You MUST know what to do and do it according to the appropriate protocol. A great book (and the one I read) is: The One-Minute Cure: The Secret to Healing Virtually All Diseases by Megan Cavanaugh. You can order it on Amazon.

This is a scientifically proven natural therapy that creates an environment within the body where disease can’t live. This enables the body to heal itself. There are over 6,100 articles in European scientific literature attesting to the effectiveness of this safe, inexpensive and powerful healing tool.  It’s been administered by about 15,000 European doctors, naturopaths and homeopaths to more than 10 MILLION patients in the past 70 years to successfully treat just about every known disease. I find it interesting that it isn’t commonly used in our own great country.

My goodness, can you imagine how healthy people could be if they read this (or another similar) book and followed the protocol detailed in Chapter 4? Knowledge is power and I’m so excited to share this information. I’m giving you the knowledge (and the power) to get and stay well.

Most people’s cells are starved for oxygen. If you notice things like headaches, pain, fatigue, memory loss and a lack of focus, you’re probably oxygen deficient. More oxygen can refresh your mind, wash away toxic heavy metals, revive stressed out glands, purify your blood and do a multitude of other amazing things for your body.

Since my dad’s senseless death, I’ve often said that if I could help JUST ONE person by what I’ve learned since his death, he wouldn’t have died for nothing. Our health care system doesn’t work like it should because it’s focused treating the symptoms rather than the cause of illness. What if we could effectively treat the CAUSE of illness and people actually got well?
