The 2015 NCAA Champion Virginia Cavaliers baseball team will be recognized by the Washington Nationals prior to their game against the Miami Marlins at Nationals Park on Sunday, August 30. The Cavaliers will be honored on the field during a pregame ceremony, and head coach Brian O’Connor will be interviewed on the in-stadium video board after the first inning.

On Sunday, the Nationals will also give away a limited edition Jayson Werth bobblehead to the first 25,000 fans in attendance. The bobblehead commemorates Werth’s walk-off home run to win Game 4 of the 2012 NLDS.
