They make Viking style mead\, also called the “Nectar of the Gods” by the Greeks\, Cyser\, once enjoyed by the Anglo Saxons\, a Roman style pyment\, along with other meads such as Perry\, Metheglins\, and Melomels from all corners of the ancient world. Owners Gregory and Kimberly Pugh will guide us through the history of mead and how their business came to flourish in Blue Ridge Mountains\, popular pairings\, how they come up with their unique flavors\, and an audience Q&A after.
