All alumni, parents, and friends are invited to join the UVA Club of Washington, DC for our January Supper Club!
We are going to kick off 2020 at Supra in DC with a family style menu for $35! The word “Supra” means a Georgian celebratory feast and we thought it was only fitting to celebrate the New Year and our Hoo’s Community with a Georgian spread! The menu will include traditional and contemporary Georgian dishes, including vegetarian options.
Seating is limited, so sign up to save your spot. All tabs will be separate and paid at the restaurant.

Setting the Table – Select 3 dishes
(bread baskets included-traditional shotis puri fresh from our toné oven and cornbread mchadi)
Pkhali Assorti – seasonal selection of vegetable pâtés (two flavors) with walnuts, garlic
House Spreads – soft cheese “nadughi”, roasted peppers/chickpeas”bulgaruli”, eggplant “badrijani”
Starters – Select 1 dish
Beets Tkemalit – roasted beets, grilled fennel, toasted hazelnuts, Georgian spiced yogurt and red tkemali vinaigrette
Khachapuri & Khinkali – Select 1 dish
Pkhlovani (cheese/spinach)
Mtsvadi, Kebabs & Large Plates – Select 2 dishes
1/2 portion Lyulya Kebab – ground lamb kebab, flatbread, tkemali, satsebeli1/2 portion Chicken (marinated in sour cream, with ajika and tkemali)
Grilled Bostneuli Platter – grilled seasonal vegetables, carrot-cucumber-feta salad, tkemali, ajika
Potatoes Ojakhuri -Idahos, garlic, utskho suneli spice, caramelized onion
