Horton’s Kids Halloween Party

Come to Capitol Hill for some ghoulish fun as we again help throw the big annual Halloween bash for the children of Horton’s Kids! UVa Club volunteers will help put up decorations for the party, run the candy toss and entertain the kids… all in costume!
Come help make this a special day for some of DC’s kids. Horton’s Kids is a non-profit organization founded by Karin Walser (Col ’88) that serves more than 200 children in Ward 8 of Washington, DC. Horton’s Kids provides after-school tutoring, field trips, summer camps, and birthday and holiday celebrations with the help of dedicated volunteers.
