Like any organization, non-profits succeed when they to discern what matters the most to those they serve. However, there are myriad factors that hinder non-profits from being effective in this endeavor. What factors contribute to the success of non-profits in today’s environment? How can non-profits reenergize and transform stagnant or declining parts of their organizations?
