About Ralph Ricardo

Ralph Ricardo (Com ’78) served 25 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring at the rank of Captain.  He also earned both Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Administration degrees and the Naval War College diploma during his military service.  He was a pilot in the Navy and flew the E-2C Hawkeye on combat missions throughout Operation Desert Storm.  He logged over 500 day and night “traps” (landings on aircraft carriers) during his flying career which included squadron command.  He was chosen by the Chief of Naval Personnel to educate Navy service members on career choice for the Navy’s Center for Career Development.  After completing his Navy service he launched The Honor Bridge in 2007, one of the fastest growing military placement companies in the country, specializing in placing highly skilled former and transitioning military people in careers with private companies and corporations throughout the U.S.
