Presenter Bio:
Patrick Payne (Col ’97) became a recruiter over 14 years ago, and has been fortunate to work with great people and learn from leaders in the industry. He currently is the Director of Corporate & Executive Recruiting at Vail Resorts, and worked for large companies such as Amazon, Deloitte, and Infosys. Patrick has built teams focusing on campus recruiting, and has also sourced and recruited niche, hard to find positions. His experiences cross all aspects of recruiting- from entry level hires to experienced professionals.
