Baseball player Yogi Berra once said, “If you don’t know where you’re going, you probably won’t get there.” In the case of both sports and business, he’s absolutely right. Importantly, in business, there is a critical tool that helps you both state where you’re going and how you’ll get there; that tool is your business plan.

Whether your goal is to start a company, or grow or revitalize an existing one, your business plan is crucial to your success. During this webinar, Dave Lavinsky will teach you:

  • The ten key elements to include in your business plan
  • The difference between a business plan to start your company versus a plan to grow it
  • Why most business plans fail and what to do about it
  • How to use your business plan to attract outside funding

You will leave with a clear understanding of how to develop your business plan and grow your company.
