About Patrick Payne

Patrick Payne (Col ’97) became a recruiter over 10 years ago, and has been fortunate to work with great people and learn from leaders in the industry. He has worked for large companies such as Deloitte and Amazon, international firms such as Infosys, and has owned his own search firm (Bullseye Solutions). Patrick has built teams focusing on campus recruiting, and has also sourced and recruited niche, hard to find positions. His experiences cross all aspects of recruiting- from entry level hires to experienced professionals.
