About Amanda Panarese
Amanda Panarese (Col ’99) is enjoying her second career, in career advising and development, as Director of Alumni Career Engagement with the UVA Alumni Association. She began this second career in 2012 as a career advisor with the UVA Darden School of Business, advising hundreds of residential MBAs on careers in technology, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Previously, Amanda was a corporate marketing professional with proven success in strategic marketing/ communications, product marketing management, branding, project management, business development, and public relations.
Liz Sprouse is the Associate Director of Alumni Career Engagement and a Senior Career Advisor. Liz joined Alumni Career Engagement in 2005; previously she worked in marketing and event management with the Alumni Association. Liz has primary responsibility and oversight for alumni career advising and related outreach, and she is frequently the advisor at Thursday Walk-ins. Liz is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator, as well as a practitioner of the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
